For this project, myself and my group partner (Gilberto Hernandez) took both of our rebrand projects and created a collaboration.
Background/Research: We researched the stadium where Cleveland Browns games are hosted and that would be FirstEnergy Stadium. FirstEnergy Stadium serves Digiorno and NFL has previously did a promotion with Pizza Hut, which allowed us to get an idea for cobranding our brands together.
Objective: Create a series of touchpoints to advertise the Cleveland Browns newest sponsor, Dough Boys Pizza. Dough Boys Pizza will not only sponsor the Cleveland Browns, but open a new location in FirstEnergy Stadium.
Target Audience: Cleveland Brown & Dough Boys fans from ages 21+ who enjoy pizza and sports.
Challenges: Two challenges our group faced was deciding on how to merge both logos while also being a good representation of both brands and if we should include the dog icon from the Cleveland Browns' logo.
Solution: We ended up deciding to get rid of the pizza illustration for the Dough Boys Pizza logo and creating "Cleveland Dough Boys Pizza" with the dog icon above to show the relationship between the two brands.
